Refunds & Return Policies

All sales are final. Refunds or returns are not permitted if product is opened or damaged. To return unopened products please contact kelliskinandsoul@gmail.com within 14days of purchase date to receive instructions. Customer is responsible for shipping costs in the event of a return. No returns or refunds available if contacted 14 days after the purchase date. Refunds of unopened products within the 14 day window will be in the form of store credit only.
